The work Jack's Snack Bar by Alfred Daniels was sold in the 20th Century British Art auction at Christies in London in February 2007. It achieved a price of GBP 2,160.00 (€ 3,202.12), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 44%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alfred Daniels - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Italian Card Party, which sold at auction in March 2009 for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 8,761.59).

Die Arbeit Jack's Snack Bar von Alfred Daniels wurde im Februar 2007 in der Auktion 20th Century British Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.160,00 (€ 3.202,12) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 44%. Für andere Arbeiten von Alfred Daniels mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Italian Card Party beobachtet, die im März 2009 für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 8.761,59) versteigert wurde.
