Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Tovborg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work PROVERBS OF HELL (the road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom) lucifer in March last year with an auction result of USD 18,900.00 (€ 17,037.77).

Die Arbeit Untitled, 2007 von Alexander Tovborg kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von DKK 9.000,00 (€ 1.205,90) und übertraf damit den zuvor vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreis um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexander Tovborg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit PROVERBS OF HELL (the road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom) lucifer im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.900,00 (€ 17.037,77).
