The price achieved of GBP 720.00 (€ 1,054.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 800.00. Other works by Alexander Shevchuk have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2008 the work Lily Pond was auctioned for GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,675.68).
