Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Gleaners by Alexander Mann was sold in the Scottish Art auction at Sothebys in London in November 2015. It changed hands for a price of GBP 75,000.00 (€ 106,826.36) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Alexander Mann have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2002 the work The Gleaners was auctioned for GBP 71,700.00 (€ 113,416.76).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Gleaners von Alexander Mann wurde im November 2015 in der Auktion Scottish Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 75.000,00 (€ 106.826,36) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00.
