It achieved a price of USD 8,125.00 (€ 5,553.66), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Admittedly, works by Alexander François Loemans have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Chimborazo, Queen Of The Andes in December 2008 with an auction result of USD 50,000.00 (€ 35,922.12).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 5.553,66) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexander François Loemans auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Chimborazo, Queen Of The Andes im Dezember 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 35.922,12).
