The result of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,570.70) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alessandro Turchi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Communion of the Magdalene in June last year with an auction result of USD 327,600.00 (€ 312,923.87).
