Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2007 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art Including Russian Pictures, which included the work Flirtation by Alessandro Sani. The price achieved of GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,592.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Alessandro Sani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Grandfather's gift in June 2004 with an auction result of GBP 20,315.00 (€ 30,234.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art Including Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flirtation von Alessandro Sani zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.120,00 (€ 4.592,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alessandro Sani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Grandfather's gift im Juni 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.315,00 (€ 30.234,80).
