The work Carnival in Venice by Alexandra Exter was sold in the Russian Art auction at Christies in London in November 2020. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 450,000.00 (€ 502,351.86), 29% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexandra Exter - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Composition Puriste, which sold at auction in June 2014 for GBP 1,022,500.00 (€ 1,277,564.83).

Die Arbeit Carnival in Venice von Alexandra Exter wurde im November 2020 in der Auktion Russian Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 450.000,00 (€ 502.351,86) und damit 29% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexandra Exter mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Composition Puriste beobachtet, die im Juni 2014 für GBP 1.022.500,00 (€ 1.277.564,83) versteigert wurde.
