In the Russian Art auction, the work Two Conversing Female Nudes; Four Scenes of Artist And Nude Models In His Studio; And Le Crucifix En Bretagne sold for USD 85,000.00 (€ 54,599.18) - well above the upper estimate of USD 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Vasilii Shukhaev In His Studio in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 2,820,000.00 (€ 4,184,738.17).
