Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 21,250.00 (€ 13,649.79). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Vasilii Shukhaev In His Studio in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 2,820,000.00 (€ 4,184,738.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Drawing For '100 Baisers'; Drawing For 'Le Tricorne #1'; Drawing For 'Aurora'S Wedding'; And Checking Film von Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev kam im April 2008 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 21.250,00 (€ 13.649,79) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of Vasilii Shukhaev In His Studio im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.820.000,00 (€ 4.184.738,17).
