The work L'Ogre by Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev was sold in the Russian Art auction at Christies in New York in April 2008. The result of USD 4,000.00 (€ 2,569.37) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Vasilii Shukhaev In His Studio in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 2,820,000.00 (€ 4,184,738.17).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit L'Ogre von Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev wurde im April 2008 in der Auktion Russian Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 4.000,00 (€ 2.569,37) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of Vasilii Shukhaev In His Studio im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.820.000,00 (€ 4.184.738,17).
