Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Albin Amelin could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Sale auction, the work Still life with flowers changed hands for SEK 46,000.00 (€ 5,097.48) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Albin Amelin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Flower still life, which sold at auction in November 2020 for SEK 110,000.00 (€ 10,753.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Albin Amelin konnte im April 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Sale wechselte die Arbeit Still life with flowers für SEK 46.000,00 (€ 5.097,48) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Albin Amelin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Flower still life beobachtet, die im November 2020 für SEK 110.000,00 (€ 10.753,26) versteigert wurde.
