Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2017 Christies in London held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work Creta by Alberto Savinio. It changed hands for a price of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 21,973.15) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alberto Savinio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Croix marine in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 692,750.00 (€ 781,208.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Creta von Alberto Savinio zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 21.973,15) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alberto Savinio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Croix marine im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 692.750,00 (€ 781.208,28).
