Auction result misses estimated price range
In June last year a collector was able to acquire the work "Ung kvinna i grått" (Young woman in grey) by Albert Edelfelt for SEK 440,000.00 (€ 40,641.90). This price was achieved in the auction Important Spring Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 500,000.00 – 600,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert Edelfelt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Finnish the Boys' Workhouse, Helsinki in May 2013 with an auction result of GBP 458,500.00 (€ 536,058.09).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Ung kvinna i grått" (Young woman in grey) von Albert Edelfelt für SEK 440.000,00 (€ 40.641,90) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Spring Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 500.000,00 – 600.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Albert Edelfelt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Finnish the Boys' Workhouse, Helsinki im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 458.500,00 (€ 536.058,09).
