This artwork by Albert Edelfelt achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in July 2020. In the British & European Art auction, the work Blommande hagtorn (Vy från Chantilly). sold for GBP 50,000.00 (€ 55,771.19) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Albert Edelfelt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Finnish the Boys' Workhouse, Helsinki in May 2013 with an auction result of GBP 458,500.00 (€ 536,058.09).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Albert Edelfelt erzielte im Juli 2020 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion British & European Art wurde die Arbeit Blommande hagtorn (Vy från Chantilly). für GBP 50.000,00 (€ 55.771,19) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Albert Edelfelt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Finnish the Boys' Workhouse, Helsinki im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 458.500,00 (€ 536.058,09).
