Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Intimacy by Paul-Albert Besnard was sold in the Modern Edition Online auction at Christies in London in May 2018. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 875.00 (€ 996.39). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul-Albert Besnard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Madame Alfred Lenoir Et Ses Deux Filles in November 2011 with an auction result of EUR 67,650.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Intimacy von Paul-Albert Besnard wurde im Mai 2018 in der Auktion Modern Edition Online bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 875,00 (€ 996,39) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul-Albert Besnard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Madame Alfred Lenoir Et Ses Deux Filles im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 67.650,00.
