Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December this year Bonhams in Paris held the auction Post War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Ma Coco by Alain Jacquet. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,280.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alain Jacquet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La vierge et l'enfant in June 2017 with an auction result of EUR 112,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Paris die Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ma Coco von Alain Jacquet zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.280,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alain Jacquet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La vierge et l'enfant im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 112.500,00.
