Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Alain Jacquet achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Paris in December this year. In the Post War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Camouflage sold for EUR 3,584.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alain Jacquet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La vierge et l'enfant in June 2017 with an auction result of EUR 112,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alain Jacquet erzielte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Camouflage für EUR 3.584,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alain Jacquet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La vierge et l'enfant im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 112.500,00.
