In December 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Prints and Illustrated Books, which included the work Composition Rouge, 2004 by Alain Clément. The price achieved of EUR 1,084.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alain Clément - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Oceane V, 85 A 6 P - 1985, which sold at auction in April 2014 for EUR 3,640.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Prints and Illustrated Books durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition Rouge, 2004 von Alain Clément zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.084,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Alain Clément mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Oceane V, 85 A 6 P - 1985 beobachtet, die im April 2014 für EUR 3.640,00 versteigert wurde.
