Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nature Morte Aux Pommes, Aux Pinceaux Et Au Pichet by Aimé Barraud was auctioned at Sothebys in Zurich in June 2020. The price achieved of CHF 3,000.00 (€ 2,821.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 2,400.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aimé Barraud achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Coupe De Boires Et Raisins, 1933 Drinking Cup And Grapes, 1933 in December 2010 with an auction result of CHF 52,500.00 (€ 42,228.69).

Die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Pommes, Aux Pinceaux Et Au Pichet von Aimé Barraud kam im Juni 2020 bei Sothebys in Zürich zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 3.000,00 (€ 2.821,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 2.400,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aimé Barraud erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Coupe De Boires Et Raisins, 1933 Drinking Cup And Grapes, 1933 im Dezember 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 52.500,00 (€ 42.228,69).
