In February 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction Modern and Contemporary Russian Art, which included the work Odaliska Odalisque by Aidan Salakhova. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 19,200.00 (€ 28,463.31), 60% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Aidan Salakhova; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Gold Confession sold at auction in November 2013 with the realized price of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 45,126.23).

Im Februar 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Odaliska Odalisque von Aidan Salakhova zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 19.200,00 (€ 28.463,31) und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Aidan Salakhova; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Gold Confession im November 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 45.126,23).
