This work without title by Ahmed Alsoudani was sold in the Contemporary Art Online auction at Sothebys in London in July 2018. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,121.22), 43% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ahmed Alsoudani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Baghdad I in October 2011 with an auction result of GBP 713,250.00 (€ 825,451.23).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ahmed Alsoudani wurde im Juli 2018 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.121,22) und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ahmed Alsoudani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Baghdad I im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 713.250,00 (€ 825.451,23).
