Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Agustín Cárdenas was sold in the Latin American Art auction at Christies in New York in March last year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 60,480.00 (€ 54,520.87). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Agustín Cárdenas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le repos in October 2020 with an auction result of EUR 620,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Agustín Cárdenas wurde im März letzten Jahres in der Auktion Latin American Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 60.480,00 (€ 54.520,87) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Agustín Cárdenas erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le repos im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 620.000,00.
