This artwork by Agus Triyanto Br. achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in November this year. In the 21st Century Art Day Sale auction, the work Keeper of the Roses sold for HKD 302,400.00 (€ 35,485.15) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Agus Triyanto Br.; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Savana Dance sold at auction in April 2017 with the realized price of HKD 312,500.00 (€ 36,886.19).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Agus Triyanto Br. erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 21st Century Art Day Sale wurde die Arbeit Keeper of the Roses für HKD 302.400,00 (€ 35.485,15) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 150.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Agus Triyanto Br.; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Savana Dance im April 2017 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 312.500,00 (€ 36.886,19).
