Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dancing With Shadow by Agus Triyanto Br. was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in June 2020. The price achieved of HKD 47,500.00 (€ 5,455.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Agus Triyanto Br. have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Savana Dance in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 312,500.00 (€ 36,886.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dancing With Shadow von Agus Triyanto Br. wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 5.455,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Agus Triyanto Br. auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Savana Dance im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 312.500,00 (€ 36.886,19).
