Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Abstract Composition) by Agnes Weinrich was sold in the American Paintings auction at Sothebys in New York in March 2008. The price achieved of USD 8,750.00 (€ 5,536.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Other works by Agnes Weinrich have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November last year the work Red Begonias was auctioned for USD 8,287.50 (€ 8,028.19).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Abstract Composition) von Agnes Weinrich wurde im März 2008 in der Auktion American Paintings bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 8.750,00 (€ 5.536,22) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden.
