Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Peacock And Peahen On A Perch, Turkeys, A Pheasant And Poultry By A Well by Adriaen van Utrecht for USD 170,500.00 (€ 124,316.44). This price was achieved in the auction Important Old Master and 19th Century Paintings from the Collection of Jacob Elie Safra at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Adriaen van Utrecht have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2017 by the work Stillleben mit Früchten, Gemüse und einem Papagei at EUR 210,800.00.

Im Januar 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Peacock And Peahen On A Perch, Turkeys, A Pheasant And Poultry By A Well von Adriaen van Utrecht für USD 170.500,00 (€ 124.316,44) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Old Master and 19th Century Paintings from the Collection of Jacob Elie Safra bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 200.000,00 – 300.000,00.
