Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2002 Christies in London held the auction NINETEENTH CENTURY EUROPEAN ART, which included the work Portrait of a girl, half-length, in a pink dress, holding some roses by Etienne Adolphe Piot. The price achieved of GBP 6,815.00 (€ 11,140.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00.
