Admittedly, works by Etienne Adolphe Piot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work French a Young Girl With Origami Birds in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 68,750.00 (€ 62,534.11).
