Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work Still Life by Adolphe Feder for GBP 2,040.00 (€ 2,951.85). This price was achieved in the auction Russian at Sothebys in Olympia and was even below the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adolphe Feder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Russian Symbolist Composition With Nude in November 2009 with an auction result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 40,016.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Still Life von Adolphe Feder für GBP 2.040,00 (€ 2.951,85) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian bei Sothebys in Olympia erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adolphe Feder erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Russian Symbolist Composition With Nude im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 60.000,00 (€ 40.016,01).
