Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Financial Times by Abram Games was sold in the Vintage Posters auction at Christies in London in November 2012. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,539.87). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Abram Games - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Join The Ats, which sold at auction in April 2012 for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,365.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Financial Times von Abram Games wurde im November 2012 in der Auktion Vintage Posters bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.539,87) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Abram Games mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Join The Ats beobachtet, die im April 2012 für GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.365,82) versteigert wurde.
