Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work London Zoo by Abram Games for GBP 500.00 (€ 677.12). This price was achieved in the auction Out of the Ordinary at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Abram Games have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Join The Ats in April 2012 with an auction result of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,365.82).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit London Zoo von Abram Games für GBP 500,00 (€ 677,12) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Out of the Ordinary bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Abram Games auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Join The Ats im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.365,82).
