Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Financial Times by Abram Games was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2014. The price achieved of GBP 937.50 (€ 1,152.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Abram Games have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Join The Ats in April 2012 with an auction result of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,365.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Financial Times von Abram Games kam im Mai 2014 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 937,50 (€ 1.152,22) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Abram Games auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Join The Ats im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.365,82).
