Auction result well in line with expectations
In June last year Bonhams in Paris held the auction Vintage posters, which included the work Jersey by Abram Games. The price achieved of EUR 1,083.75 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Abram Games have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Join The Ats in April 2012 with an auction result of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,365.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in Paris die Auktion Vintage posters durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jersey von Abram Games zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.083,75 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Abram Games auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Join The Ats im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.365,82).
