In May 2010 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction Old Master Paintings, which included the work A Coastal Landscape With Numerous Figures On The Shore, A Dutch Fleet Setting Sail, And A Rowing Boat Approaching The Shore by Abraham Willaerts. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 36,750.00 47% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Abraham Willaerts - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ships Moored Off A Rocky Coastline With Fishermen Unloading Their Catch, which sold at auction in April 2013 for GBP 86,500.00 (€ 102,074.99).

Im Mai 2010 führte Sothebys in Amsterdam die Auktion Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Coastal Landscape With Numerous Figures On The Shore, A Dutch Fleet Setting Sail, And A Rowing Boat Approaching The Shore von Abraham Willaerts zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 36.750,00 und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Abraham Willaerts mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ships Moored Off A Rocky Coastline With Fishermen Unloading Their Catch beobachtet, die im April 2013 für GBP 86.500,00 (€ 102.074,99) versteigert wurde.
