This artwork by Abraham Weinbaum achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2011. In the Ecole de Paris 1905-1939 auction, the work Fleurs Jaunes Dans Un Vase sold for EUR 3,060.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Abraham Weinbaum - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Violoniste De Rue, which sold at auction in October 2014 for EUR 8,450.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Abraham Weinbaum erzielte im März 2011 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Ecole de Paris 1905-1939 wurde die Arbeit Fleurs Jaunes Dans Un Vase für EUR 3.060,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Abraham Weinbaum mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Violoniste De Rue beobachtet, die im Oktober 2014 für EUR 8.450,00 versteigert wurde.
