The work Red Townscape by Ablade Glover was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March last year. It achieved a price of GBP 10,710.00 (€ 12,697.91), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 34%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ablade Glover - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work People, which sold at auction in October 2019 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,898.03).

Die Arbeit Red Townscape von Ablade Glover kam im März letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 10.710,00 (€ 12.697,91) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34%. Für andere Arbeiten von Ablade Glover mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit People beobachtet, die im Oktober 2019 für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.898,03) versteigert wurde.
