Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 2,500.00 (€ 2,266.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Abdulrahim Apabhai Almelkar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Udaipur Landscape in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 17,500.00 (€ 16,292.71).
