The work Untitled (Usha) by Abanindranath Tagore was worth INR 2,875,000.00 (€ 39,978.36) to a buyer in December 2015. This price was achieved in the auction The India Sale at Christies in Mumbai and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of INR 800,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abanindranath Tagore achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Siva-Simantini) in September 2013 with an auction result of USD 555,750.00 (€ 410,602.14).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Usha) von Abanindranath Tagore war einem Käufer im Dezember 2015 INR 2.875.000,00 (€ 39.978,36) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion The India Sale bei Christies in Mumbai erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von INR 800.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abanindranath Tagore erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Siva-Simantini) im September 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 555.750,00 (€ 410.602,14).
