Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Aaron Bohrod could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in March 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the American Art auction, the work Abandonment changed hands for USD 2,375.00 (€ 1,927.76) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aaron Bohrod achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Street Car Riders in May 2021 with an auction result of USD 27,812.50 (€ 22,808.35).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Aaron Bohrod konnte im März 2018 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion American Art wechselte die Arbeit Abandonment für USD 2.375,00 (€ 1.927,76) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aaron Bohrod erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Street Car Riders im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.812,50 (€ 22.808,35).
