A top price for Zou Chuan'An - as previously expected
In May 2005 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction FINE MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY CHINESE PAINTINGS, which included the work Lotus by Zou Chuan'An. The price achieved of HKD 114,000.00 (€ 11,871.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 120,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Lotus is the most expensive artwork by Zou Chuan'An that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Mai 2005 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion FINE MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY CHINESE PAINTINGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lotus von Zou Chuan'An zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 114.000,00 (€ 11.871,73) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Lotus das teuerste Kunstwerk von Zou Chuan'An, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
