Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Seated Nude On A Green Cushion by Zinaida Serebriakova. It changed hands for a price of GBP 75,000.00 (€ 84,597.72) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zinaida Serebriakova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Study Of A Sleeping Girl in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 3,845,000.00 (€ 5,421,401.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Seated Nude On A Green Cushion von Zinaida Serebriakova zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 75.000,00 (€ 84.597,72) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zinaida Serebriakova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Study Of A Sleeping Girl im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.845.000,00 (€ 5.421.401,74).
