Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2011 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Asian Art, which included the work One And Thirty Workers (Set Of 3) by Zhuang Hui. The price achieved of HKD 25,000.00 (€ 2,172.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhuang Hui achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 1. The Staff Of The Wanda Shopping Plaza, 1997 2. All Students And Teachers Of The Middle And Primary School, Bei Ye Village, Xinan County, Henan Province, 1996 3. The Entire Staff Of Shuangyuan Energy Source Company, Henan Province, 1997 in September 2007 with an auction result of USD 34,000.00 (€ 23,911.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2011 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit One And Thirty Workers (Set Of 3) von Zhuang Hui zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 25.000,00 (€ 2.172,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhuang Hui erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 1.
