This work without title by Zhu Jinshi was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 687,500.00 (€ 81,149.61), 38% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zhu Jinshi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Yellow Autumn, which sold at auction in June 2014 for CNY 1,888,000.00 (€ 222,312.34).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Zhu Jinshi wurde im April 2017 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 81.149,61) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Zhu Jinshi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Yellow Autumn beobachtet, die im Juni 2014 für CNY 1.888.000,00 (€ 222.312,34) versteigert wurde.
