Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Rock by Zhu Angzhi was sold in the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy auction at Sothebys in New York in September 2018. The price achieved of USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,066.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhu Angzhi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Spring Mountain in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 295,000.00 (€ 33,236.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Rock von Zhu Angzhi wurde im September 2018 in der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 8.066,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhu Angzhi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Spring Mountain im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 295.000,00 (€ 33.236,17).
