Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Zhao Yunhe achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2019. In the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Orchid sold for HKD 33,040.00 (€ 3,776.42) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhao Yunhe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vegetables And Calligraphy in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 259,600.00 (€ 28,572.05).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zhao Yunhe erzielte im Oktober 2019 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Orchid für HKD 33.040,00 (€ 3.776,42) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhao Yunhe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Vegetables And Calligraphy im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 259.600,00 (€ 28.572,05).
