Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai Collection 「硯琴齋」珍藏中國書畫 Lot 601-731 「杯裏紫茶香代酒，琴中綠水靜留賓」 ——硯琴齋主之書畫收藏 硯琴齋主，祖籍廣東汕頭，生於香港。早年從事貿易，經商之餘耽於傳統藝術。上世紀七十年代，師從本港名家范又新習書，八十年代初先後隨容思澤、吳景略、蔡德允諸師習操縵，並蒐訪歷代琴器，復考其沿革，珍藏唐宋元明以來古斲甚夥。數十年來，以琴會友，多次於港、臺和澳門各大學及博物館舉辦古琴展覽及講座，竭心盡力於古琴藝術之普及推廣。 絲桐之外，硯琴齋主亦雅好丹青�

Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Brewing Tea by Zhao Yunhe was auctioned at Bonhams in Hong Kong in October 2021, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for HKD 6,375.00 (€ 709.13). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Yunhe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vegetables And Calligraphy in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 259,600.00 (€ 28,572.05).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Brewing Tea von Zhao Yunhe im Oktober 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für HKD 6.375,00 (€ 709,13) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Yunhe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vegetables And Calligraphy im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 259.600,00 (€ 28.572,05).
