Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2012 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work The Institute of Critical Zoologists (The Blind Project) by Zhao Renhui. The price achieved of HKD 30,000.00 (€ 3,125.20) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 24,000.00 – 36,000.00. Other works by Zhao Renhui have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2016 the work The Institute of Critical Zoologists (The Blind Project) was auctioned for HKD 47,500.00 (€ 5,490.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2012 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Institute of Critical Zoologists (The Blind Project) von Zhao Renhui zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 30.000,00 (€ 3.125,20) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 24.000,00 – 36.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Zhao Renhui konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2016 die Arbeit The Institute of Critical Zoologists (The Blind Project) für HKD 47.500,00 (€ 5.490,12) versteigert.
