Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy by Zhao Puchu was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in November 2021. The price achieved of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 6,671.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Puchu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy In Regular Script in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 713,000.00 (€ 69,794.73).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Zhao Puchu kam im November 2021 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 6.671,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Puchu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy In Regular Script im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 713.000,00 (€ 69.794,73).
