This artwork by Zhang Yin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2017. In the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Landscape of My Hometown sold for HKD 275,000.00 (€ 29,607.92) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 120,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Zhang Yin; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Landscapes sold at auction in June 2015 with the realized price of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 46,261.43).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zhang Yin erzielte im November 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Landscape of My Hometown für HKD 275.000,00 (€ 29.607,92) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 120.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Zhang Yin; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Landscapes im Juni 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 46.261,43).
